Philipa has an honours degree in Pharmacy and an MSc. She has over 25 years in clinical research and drug
development with big and small pharma/biotech companies and public institutions. She provides consultancy services in
clinical development and operations, and clinical quality assurance, audit and training. The clients she has worked with
include Allergan Australia Pty Ltd, Pharmacia Corporation Japan, and NMMRC Clinical Trials Centre, among others.
Anita Peil, PhD
Dr. Anita Peil has over 25 years of experience in the global pharmaceutical sector, in large and small companies, both
public and private, encompassing the range of responsibilities from direct hands-on project activities to company director.
She has worked in Switzerland, Germany, Spain, and the US, for Swiss, Japanese, Spanish, French, and US organisations,
25 years in Europe, and has managed regulatory operations in more than 80 countries.
She has had direct responsibility for preclinical and regulatory affairs, manufacturing coordination, practical and strategic
input to product development, health authority interactions, clinical trial submissions and approvals, due diligence,
manufacturing coordination, document archiving, translations, compendia entries, monographs, contracts, and outsourcing.
Products under her responsibility have included treatments for oncology, organ transplantation, dermatology,
cardiovascular, pulmonary, anti-infective, and anti-parasitic indications. Presentations have included oral, parenteral,
inhaled, transdermal, topical forms, as well as novel delivery systems and devices.
She has particular expertise in realization of new concepts, strategy and implementation, international operations,
multidisciplinary team management, crisis management, and staff development.
Dr. Grace Pei MD MMedSci
Managing Director
Dr. Pei has obtained extensive experience in regulatory affairs, clinical research, pharmacovigilence and medical affairs
by working with different pharmaceutical companies and Contracted Research Organizatioins (CROs) in Australia and
China.
She has been actively involved with global product development teams on new drug development. She has managed
teams of professional from different countries, including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, China
and the United States. Her consistent diligence and high level of professionalism in managing her teams and her projects
have been highly appreciated by her clients.
Dr. Pei also has a strong interest in training and process improvement, which has led her to involvements in training
programs and SOP development with different companies.
Dr. Pei and her company, RxCON Consulting believes that a pro-active attitude and open communication is the key to
ensure the sucess of a project.
Dr. Pei is fluent in both English and Chinese Mandarin.
